Chad did a wonderful job salvaging my hard drive. It had all of our son's pictures on it as well as my wife's book. And it crashed. He came to my office, loaded everything onto his computer, transferred it to my new drive, and reformatted the old drive. He came armed with a little case and a cable so he was able to turn my absolutely useless drive into a fully-functioning take-anywhere drive.
